As far as possible, the Federal Council advises against making non-urgent trips abroad. Let’s try to clarify and understand how to behave.
There are still numerous entry restrictions (entry ban, quarantine, health certificate, etc.). In addition, there are measures within individual states to contain the spread of the new coronavirus, such as restrictions on freedom of movement.
Before traveling abroad, it is recommended that you inquire at foreign representations in Switzerland (embassies and consulates) about the transit and entry provisions currently in force and other measures aimed at containing the spread of the new coronavirus. On site, it’s advised to follow the instructions of the local authorities.
In these cases, of course, prudence is important but thanks to our experience and our preparation Air-Dynamic is able to provide all the above information, assisting you in every step of your journey abroad.
Let’s focus on some of the countries closest to switzerland
In Italy, for example, the situation is slowly returning to nearly-normal: the ski slopes will remain closed until 6 January but the shops are open and from 11 December, in all probability, there will be new openings (restaurants, pubs, etc.).
Germany, on the other hand, seems to be in a different situation, cases are still high and some media talk about new post-natal lockdowns.
France seems to have left the worst behind but the alert is still high: new measures are not excluded during the holiday season.
